WHO WE ARE

The Xanadu Community Reuse Centre is a division of local disability charity, Fairhaven Services Pty Ltd.

At Xanadu we collect and sell a variety of unwanted donated goods and materials given by private, industry and business donors.

ADDING VALUE

Business at all levels now have an opportunity to save on their annual waste collection bill, by diverting reusable items to Xanadu. We can organise weekly or other regular pick up arrangements anywhere on the Coast from commercial premises.

CREATING A BETTER FUTURE

Xanadu is more than just a Reuse Centre, we aim to build education amongst the community and encourage the saving and value of reusing items that would otherwise have been destined to become landfill.

Together we can build wealth in the local community and make better use of material resources by:

  • Enabling general public and traders to be more sustainable

  • Generating accessible vocational training and employment opportunities

  • Contributing to revitalising the local community

  • Encouraging locals to utilise the Centre for both donations and purchases.
